It's a brand-new day at Commvault

Dear Partners:

Data conversations are changing...and so too is Commvault.We write to you today to tell you some exciting news about our company, news that signals the next chapter in Commvault's history.

This morning, we launched a re-branding of the company, one that evokes our renewed spirit of innovation, a company full of bright and inspired employees, and our confidence in Commvault's future.  A renewed brand is not about color and a new logo.  It is about the experience of engaging with you, our valued partners, and our shared customers.

Our market is changing radically. Traditional large competitors are splitting apart and creating change and doubt in the market.  New competitors are emerging, focused on point solutions in an IT market that can sometimes reward "newness and bravado" rather than substance.   At Commvault, we know we can do better.  Our product naming will be clearer, our messing more compelling, and our website more effective at showcasing our broad solution and services portfolio.  Our new design is fresh, more modern, and one that adds an emotional layer to our brand, emphasizing how we work with people (not just technology).

Beginning this morning, Commvault's new visual identity is unveiled, highlighted by bold photography, simpler messaging, bright new colors, a clear focus on people, and, yes, a new look for the company logo.  Together, these brand elements are part of an overall system, which brings new energy and life to how all audiences will engage with the company online, in email, and at events.  You can experience our new brand starting right now on our website homepage.  There you will see our reimaged brand come to life and experience what, eventually, our entire web and digital sites will become.

In addition, our new brand will be showcased at one of the industry's largest trade shows, opening in Chicago this morning, at Microsoft Ignite, where more than 25,000 IT professionals are gathering. Launching a new brand is a significant endeavor, and doesn't happen overnight.  Our first steps today are an important beginning.  Looking ahead, our digital brand transformation will continue to roll out, including outward facing portals – like the Innervault portal for partners, and country-specific websites.

While our refreshed brand rollout continues, we know you will want to leverage this new brand system right away.  Our partner engagement teams will be working closely with you in the weeks ahead to help you update the Commvault specific content you leverage to grow our shared business together.
