| Responsibilities: |
- Proactively develop and manage channel partners to grow and develop business relationship and business opportunities
- Engage directly with assigned named accounts/ industries
- Projection of sales targets and action plans to achieve targets
- Recommend and execute joint activities with channel partners in support of business/ sales/ marketing objectives and targets
- Manage enquiries, feedback and any other sales/ operational issues

| Job requirements: |
- Min. diploma/ degree holders with 2-3 years’ IT sales/ similar experience selling CAD software into the Architecture/ Construction & Building/ Interior design/ Engineering/ Government sectors, etc
- Candidates with channel sales experience would be an advantage
- Aggressive, result-oriented and a good track record of meeting sales target and objectives
- Team player, well-organized in work and can multi-task under work pressure and challenges
- Able to prioritize work activities and work under minimum supervision
- Possess initiatives and enthusiasm for work
- Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
- Outspoken, sociable, enjoying meeting new people and cultivating business relationships and rapport
- Ability to do public speaking to present solutions and proposals
- Self motivated, positive disposition, driven and customer service orientated

| Responsibilities: |
- Develop relationships with vendors and channels business team and work with them on action plans to grow market share for assigned solution(s)
- Provide regular actual and projected sales funnel, trends and goals
- Develop quarterly/dynamic sales/marketing plans to strategize reaching all sales and revenue goals
- Product positioning and pricing policy
- Marketing programs, channel and end customer demand generation
- Take ownership of all matters related to the assigned solution(s) - includes coordinating with ACA other departments for successful execution of the plans; providing product and sales training for ACA, channels and end-users; managing product line inventories; and other related activities

| Job requirements: |
- A Diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experiences in selling IT Security products / solutions
- Fundamental knowledge of domain & industry, in either enterprise or SMEs customers / System Integration / Resellers. Knowledge in the product(s) preferred. Please state the product(s).
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, able to generate sales leads and develop new accounts
- Ability to work independently and results oriented
- Sales professionals with successful sales track records in relevant industry are highly desired

| Responsibilities: |
- Identify and develop VARs (Value-Added Resellers) to achieve product revenue and profit margin targets for assigned product lines
- Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate AutoCAD capabilities to the customer and facilitate project management
- Initiate in setting and executing strategic business and action plans or projects
- Develop benchmark against competitors’ product offering to improve product features, pricing plan and business processes for new and/ or existing services to ensure market competitiveness
- Manage inventory stock level
- Cultivate strong relationship with marketing and VARs to engage in lead generation activities
- Provide product training and update product information for new/ existing channels
