Channel Sales Manager (IT Security)
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop and manage channel partners to grow and develop business relationship and business opportunities
  • Projection of sales targets and action plans to achieve targets
  • Recommend and execute joint activities with channel partners in support of business/ sales/ marketing objectives and targets
  • Manage enquiries, feedback and any other sales/ operational issues
 
Job requirements:
  • Min. diploma/ degree holders with 2-3 years’ IT sales/ similar experience selling IT Security products
  • Candidates with channel sales experience would be an advantage
  • Aggressive, result-oriented and a good track record of meeting sales target and objectives
  • Team player, well-organized in work and can multi-task under work pressure and challenges
  • Able to prioritize work activities and work under minimum supervision
  • Possess initiatives and enthusiasm for work
  • Excellent communication skills (writing and speaking)
  • Outspoken, sociable, enjoying meeting new people and cultivating business relationships and rapport
  • Ability to do public speaking to present solutions and proposals
  • Self motivated, positive disposition, driven and customer service oriented

Product Manager (IT Security)
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop VARs (Value-Added Resellers) to achieve product revenue and profit margin targets for assigned product lines
  • Initiate in setting and executing strategic business and action plans or projects
  • Develop benchmark against competitors’ product offering to improve product features, pricing plan and business processes for new and/ or existing services to ensure market competitiveness
  • Manage inventory stock level
  • Cultivate strong relationship with marketing and VARs to engage in lead generation activities
  • Provide product training and update product information for new/ existing channels
 
Job requirements:
  • Min. diploma/degree holders with 2-3 years relevant IT sales/ similar experience selling IT security products
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized in work and can multi-task under work pressure and challenges
  • Able to prioritize work activities and work under minimum supervision

Product Engineer (Design Automation)
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze helpdesk (Level 1 support) / via phone or email requests promptly and provide solutions, follow-up on helpdesk for technical support on Autodesk solutions
  • Conduct & deliver product trainings and consultation classes related to Autodesk application – AutoCAD & 3ds Max
  • Support the Sales and Marketing efforts by assisting in product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts and installation for customers
  • Ensures our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site
  • Responsible for promoting awareness of Autodesk's AutoCAD & Advance Systems products to end users
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under tight schedule / pressure
  • Assist the business team members to meet or exceed sales quota, through the provision of technical expertise & project management
  • Formulate and develop methods and approaches to system & application engineering service assignments and to lead projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers, third parties
  • Understand customer’s production support problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures high level of customer's satisfaction
  • Provide a fast break-fix production service to improve customer tester production performance result, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Integrates company’s products and services (at the system & solutions level) into customer’s environment
Job requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in pre-sales and technical consulting / Diploma holders with similar field with at least 5 yrs experience may also apply
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in CAD design solutions / workflow and knowledge on Red Hat platform for Advance Systems will be the basic requirement
  • Able to work independently and passionate in learning and using new technology
